What is the registration process?

  1. Submit Inquiry Form: Fill out our online inquiry form with basic details about your child and contact information.

  2. Schedule Tour: Our team will reach out to schedule a tour of our facility, where you can explore our programs and meet our staff.

  3. Complete Registration: If you decide to enroll, complete the registration forms and provide necessary documents like medical records and emergency contacts.

  4. Pay Enrollment Fees: Pay the enrollment fees as outlined by our staff.

  5. Confirmation and Welcome: Once registration is complete and fees are paid, your child's enrollment is confirmed. You'll receive a welcome package with important information.

Do you provide snacks/ lunches?

Yes, at Smile 'N' Play Daycare, we provide nutritious snacks and lunches for all enrolled children. Our menus are carefully planned to ensure that children receive balanced and healthy meals throughout the day. We prioritize fresh and wholesome ingredients to support children's growth and development. If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know, and we will accommodate their needs accordingly. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can enjoy delicious meals while learning healthy eating habits.

When is the daycare closed? If parents go on vacation?

We are closed on all Statutory holidays and Sundays (Full payment is still required). 

If parents were to go on vacation, payment should be paid in Full amount to keep their spot reserved.

How do you collect payment?

Payment for childcare services at Smile 'N' Play Daycare is typically collected on a monthly basis, depending on the agreed-upon schedule. We offer several convenient payment options to suit your preferences, including:

  1. Automatic Withdrawal: Payments can be automatically deducted from your bank account monthly basis for hassle-free transactions.

  2. Online Payment Portal: Our secure online payment portal allows you to make payments conveniently from the comfort of your home or on the go using a debit or credit card.

  3. E-Transfer: You can also choose to make payments via e-transfer, providing a quick and easy way to transfer funds electronically.

  4. In-Person Payment: For those who prefer, payments can also be made in person at our daycare facility during designated hours.

We understand the importance of transparency and convenience when it comes to payments, and our friendly staff are always available to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding billing and payment processes.

Is there any waitlist fee?

We do NOT charge parents to add their names to the waiting list. 

I think I am eligible for Affordable Child care benefit? 

Some parents may be eligible for full or partial daycare subsidies. To find out if you qualify contact your local office of the Ministry of Children and Families. This information is available online. Please click here for the website.
